Flowbuilder Feedback: Functionality to set order of Answers
Feature Request Summary:
In Flowbuilder you cannot set the specific order Answers are shown to end users when starting a conversation.
Description/Use Cases:
When having answers that answer specific topics, those answers could be related to specific scenarios in the purchase process the end users might find themself in.
Having the Answers presented in chronological order matched with those steps in a buying process would make more sense to the end user. E.g. the first Answer presented, would be related to Pre-purchase questions, then During purchases questions, then After purchases.
The business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Not being able to order the Answers in whatever order you want, can cause confusing with the end user.

Thanks for confirming. The reordering of Answers is something we would like to support and we will look to explore this further in 2023.
