Zendesk <> SLACK Integration: Limit to specific channels
Feature Request Summary:
The Zendesk<>Slack integration enables the Zendesk plugin across the whole Slack workspace and we are looking to limit access to interact with the Zendesk integration/bot to members of specific channels.
Description/Use Cases:
I've installed the Slack<>Zendesk plugin successfully, this plugin is active for all users via /Zendesk in any channel or private conversation.
1. I would like to disable this general /Zendesk capability across my Slack workspace
2. I would like to have the @Zendesk bot join specific channels where members could then use it to create tickets
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is important for us as we have both Public Open-source users of our Slack as well as customers in private channels, who we want to give the ability to create Zendesk tickets.
Other necessary information or resources:
Apparently such things were possible before based on older 3rd party docs mentioning the ability to add the integration to 'Specific channels' only.

Hi Ramit Hora,
Thank you for your feedback, I've recorded this for future consideration. The slash command to create tickets has always been available in all channels, regardless of whether Zendesk is a member or not.
I'm keen to understand this a little more - is your primary concern the ability to create tickets from within those channels, or the subsequent notification which is sent to that channel when a ticket is created?

Thanks for the consideration.
My primary concern is to limit ticket creation from public/private channels that do not have the @Zendesk bot present. To that end, the goal would be to make that bot the only mechanism to interact with the Zendesk <> Slack integration.
