We have a number of workflows that rely on inserting custom fields into side conversations. For instance, one team handles vetting a lead, then opens a side conversation to have a third party process the lead.
To facilitate this, we have a number of macros that insert the relevant field data in the side conversation. In some cases, this may amount to as many as 20 - 30 fields and their various placeholders on the macros.
To simplify building macros and managing third party interactions, it would be helpful if there was something like a content block that would output all of the custom field data and titles on a parent ticket.
Would be terrific is this could come in 3 flavors, field values, values and agent titles, values and end user titles.
