I have multiple custom fields on my Zendesk. In some of the custom fields, when the agents choose more than one option.
Conversation topics - multiple topics can be chosen.
Type of advice - multiple types of advice can be chosen.
When Agents choose multiple conversation topics & multiple types of advice in 1 ticket, the number of topics double up on explore if I have both of the fields on an explore report as seen in the sceenshot below.
Though there are just 4 topics of discussion and 2 types of advice, it just doubles up the topic of conversation.
I have already chatted with the Zendesk support (ticket id - 10901551) and they couldnt find a solution. Hence I am here putting in a request to see if we can have this as just 4 topics and not 8 as the 8 just doubles up the topics and then there is no accuracy in data.
