Internalise All Function
I am reaching out from our Member Solutions team. Zendesk is our main work platform and we wanted to suggest a 'Internalise All' function - which allows us to internalise all emails on a ticket.
As our workflow requires us to internalise every email before handling a ticket - this would likely be a simple tool for you to add but it would be a gamechanger for over 40 associates within our global team, as it would save us tons of time to internalise every singular email everyday before we can handle a request.
Let me know if you have any thoughts.
