    Hey Greg Katechis,

    We want to develop language translation app , In our use case agent and user has different language when user is chatting with agent , agent can translate user's language into his/her language when agent sending reply to the user, user has to receive response in their language.

    We added our own widget inside the app , we need to connect that with user's workspace (we need to get user's response in our widget) How to integrate app or widget and user workspaces.
