Zendesk SLA dashboard not displaying
I have created my SLA policy.
Then I checked inside "Events" of my tickets. I see they are connecting with that SLA policy I created.
But when I go to Zendesk Support Dashboard and click SLA , I dont see any SLA policy to query upon. [ Attached screenshot]
I created my own SLA report using SLA dataset, even that is not showing any SLA ticket.
There is no chart showing up..
Someone please let me know, where I am going wrong.
Is there any other step , to tag the SLA poilicy to my tickets ?
As per screenshot, it shows that there's no SLA target activated on your tickets. Tickets with an SLA policy applied are not included in a report if no SLA target was activated for the ticket. See Why isn't a ticket counted in an SLA report even if it has an SLA policy applied?
