I can preview custom pages which i create but not able to open them directly (also publish them) Can someone suggest how i can view them ?

    Hi Satnam,

    Normally, you will just have to make sure that the custom pages is currently on the live Theme that you are using. Once confirmed, try to open it in an incognito browser and it should appear. Update me if you are still experiencing the issue and I'll look into it further.

    Thanks for the reply custom pages are working fine . One concern I am facing is how to add permissions on the custom page (only signed-in users can view content) could you also help resolve this issue and how end-users Get the author name and profile image via API .  if it is not possible for the end user could you please suggest another way around

    As much as I wanted to help. Customizing help center is outside our scope. We can help demonstrate, troubleshoot, and ensure functionality. We’d be able to work through an issue or question with our default Copenhagen Theme, but we cannot guide you through on how to customize pages.
     
    There are other users on this community that could have implemented the same and are willing to share information. There is also an option to use Themes in the Marketplace.
