Replies not being receieved
When using teams side channel conversations with a team, the replies sent from Teams are not showing up in the ticket. I can send from zendesk fine and I can upload attachments from teams , but not send a reply message.
Hi Dan, I wanted to check to see if this is still happening for you. If so please let me know and I'll open a ticket so we can investigate further.
