We use a number of time filters to ensure viewers can see the ticket data they are looking for. Specifically - updated, solved, & created. It's very tidy to be able to have all of the data filters in one widget and helps to clean up the dashboard, making for ease of review.
A critical limitation is that the time filters can't be grouped in the same widget - the time filters need to be created individually and manually sized and aligned. This is a tedious process that can take a lot of time fine-tuning - otherwise it will look sloppy.
It would be save a great deal of time and improve the consistency of dashboards if these could be grouped together like the data filters.
