Feature request - Create automation as pending/suspended/disabled, scheduling activation
I'm creating a handful of automations that we'd like to schedule for running on the first day of next month. It would be helpful if there was a way of saving the automations in advance and activating them that day. Currently you would need to save and then immediately deactivate (and hope it wasn't during that minute they run).
Example
This could look like the save functions on existing automations or the 'submit as...' button on tickets, but added to the new automation creation page where in addition to the save button it allows you to specify Save as Pending / Save as Deactivated, etc
I would also be incredibly collaborative if these activation procedures for the automations could be scheduled. Currently, I need to go get requirements, draft the automation, and sit on my hands until that day. This means that there may be draft errors between prod and sandbox (assuming they get put in sandbox) or some notes app. This also means I need to be directly involved in any third-party review.
If I were able to see a little fleet of automations in some "pending activation" queue, waiting on a given date it would allow me and my collaborators be able to plan much better, it would allow for better distribution of admin effort, and and it would fill me with joy.
