We have a team spread across different timezones and while reviewing the same report, our team members get different numbers based on the location/timezone they are in. Is there a way now in Zendesk to set up a single timezone across the account to facilitate this?
While searching through the help section, I came across the comments of Ryo and Anissa, but could not locate if there idea was put in as a Product Feedback or has already been resolved since.
I believe such an option to customise the Timezone for reports/dashboards across the Account will be extremely helpful.
