Proposal on "Total hours Chat account opening" Metric
Knowing the total hours the chat is open is very important data.
The manual calculation of managed chats in relation to the hours worked by the Team is really inconsistent and does not allow for a proper count, which is a fundamental KPI for the evaluation of our service.
All the other metrics currently available are useful, but the one on "Total hours Chat account opening" is really missing.
