Can we add custom options in Zendesk Explorer Time filter?

    Hi Ram Chander,

    You can switch from the simple to the advanced tab in the time filter to get custom time frame. To set it as default, you need to select it, create a bookmark, and pin it. See details on how to use bookmarks here.

    Can't it be apply for the following custom range time filter (refer to attached screenshot)?.

    If i want to filter for last 7 days only i must use advance range time filter.?

    Hi Ram Chander,

    As far as I know you can't customise simple ranges. Only advanced ones.

    Hi Ram Chander - If you want, you could filter your dashboard using the advanced option for past 7 days and then create a dashboard bookmark called "Past 7 Days" or something similar. That way, you can easily filter your dashboard for the past 7 days in one click.

    If you typically always want this dashboard to be filtered by the past 7 days, you can even click the pin icon so that it defaults to that time-range when you open the dashboard. 

    Know it may not be exactly what you're looking for, but figured it was worth throwing out as an option as well. :)
