View other agents solved tickets in real-time
The type of thing you're looking for is not built into the Zendesk UI where agents ticket day-to-day. You'll need to look at utilising Zendesk Explore to see the data you're after here. FYI all agents have access to Explore to see default data inside Zendesk.
Alternately, you'd need to then look at a 3rd party solution from the Zendesk marketplace such as the Agent Dashboard app - Link below for you.
