Is it possible to keep the same host mapping for multiple brands, so there's no difference in Help Center URL for customers?
I want my users to be able to be properly segmented based on brand, but currently I have to have 2 separate urls for each brand. Can I keep the same endpoint URL for customers while still segregating all help center content under two brands?
The short answer here is No. I've never seen someone be able to successfully achieve the scenario you've described here. Host mapping in Zendesk is 1:1 as far as I've seen in all my 8+ years of Zendesking.
