Need to solution to track ticket activites if trigger webhook has failed
We are implementing Webhooks via trigger to capture Zendesk ticket data on our backend systems. We are in process of designing a sync up in cases webhook invocation has failed and trigger data is missed. There are some solutions we have looked at
- There are Zendesk APIs to track webhook invocation, but this feature is in beta, do you have idea on this feature stable release date?
- We have also looked at Zendesk API to track ticket audits , anyhow this doesn’t give us all the ticket event data we are looking for like update_at timestamp, custom fields values, etc for condition triggers like status change/condition fields value changes, etc. Are there any other APIs we can look at or any other approach we can consider?

Hey Gulzar,
The webhook invocation endpoints aren't in beta, it's just the activity tab in the admin center. The invocation endpoints are fully supported. For the second part, you may want to look into using our incremental export endpoint.
