Convert Community Topics/Posts to Articles/Comment

I see that this function has been requested before.

The logic is undeniable - if a Knowledge Exchange has an effective Community a great deal of relevant knowledge will develop from Community contributions. As Community Topics and Posts do not register as far as a help bot is concerned this collective intelligence is more or less hidden. Either the search engine needs to parse the Community Topic and Post titles or the system needs to have a non-manual means for converting Topics/Posts in Articles/Comments. Please put this on the development list.

And, while you are at it, can you please make it possible to add layers (Sections) to Community Forums.
