Blacklisting of problem customers

Feature Request Summary:
I would like to add a condition step to blacklist customers with problematic behavior and guide them to an email channel before forwarding them to an agent in the flow builder.
Description/Use Cases:
Because of the Web, it is difficult to blacklist a customer's IP address or e-mail address.
Blacklisting would be possible if highly accurate information could be obtained to identify individuals.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
We want to create an environment where agents feel comfortable in their work.

I understand that you may be experiencing the same issue as me. However, I have discovered a helpful workaround that could be convenient for you as well.
If you are utilizing the answer bot flow, you can implement a "branch by condition" feature within the flow to limit access for certain problematic customers from using the messaging service. This will allow you to better manage and prioritize your customer service interactions.
Here is an example of the settings you can use:
"branch by condition"
From here, you can customize the messaging and settings according to your specific needs and preferences.
