Filters in Ticket's Views List

Hello everyone,

In the Filter section, there are many fields to filter my list. Many of those fields' working method is by drop-down menu.
The organization field's working method is also a drop-down menu but it just shows 5 different organizations (alphabetically) To reach the rest of the organizations I need to type their names. But on the other hand, the fields like Brand, Priority, etc. are showing all options in the drop-down menu without the needed type manually.

I believe if this organisation filter field work autamatically it would be more useful, easier and quicker.
