New Product Catalog - we want your feedback!
AngeheftetHi Zendesk community! We have just released new UI for our Product Catalog and new experience of adding products to Deals. We would love to know what do you think about it! Pleas share your thoughts with us so we can improve it even more.
What changed:
- new look of Product Catalog,
- experience of enabling Product Catalog for your account,
- flow of adding products to your Deals,
- new look of Product Widget on Deal page .
We have a few questions and would like to hear from you:
- What are your first impressions after seeing the new experience?
- Is the UI of Product Catalog better to understand and use? Did the change improve your experience of using the catalog?
- Are there any informations that are missing in Product Catalog that you would like to add?
- Is the experience of adding Product to Deals easy to use? Did you face any problems?
- Is there any additional informations you would like to have when you add Products to a Deal? What would you change in the experience?
- Are all important informations presented in the Product Widget?
- Are there any pain points that you face that where not there before?

Easy to use and setup. I doubt we will use this feature in its current form. We would require the ability to add products to an email, ie so we can send customers an estimation. We are currently doing this manually. Can the product catalog be used in a quoting tool integration such has PandaDoc? This would be useful. A suggestion for added information would be the ability to add a picture to the product sku. If we are quoting customers they often like to see a configuration picture of the product being quoted. Thank you

It would be great to have a way to alphabetize the products list in a Deal - is this an enhancement that is being explored and if not, could it be?

Add the possibility to add custom fields in products, otherwise it's impossible to map products with PandaDoc catalog custom fields making the integration useless :
