New zendesk (Suite plan: TEAM) suite user here.
If i login as a customer/enduser i cant see the ticket previously submitted and relative history.
If i log as a administrator i see correctly all the ticket submtted from the customer.
it is normal behaviour? i think not!
As a admin, how can i give the abilty to customers to see their tickets ?
