Wow! It was great to see so many members attend our May Meetup. I hope you enjoyed hearing from Zendesk's top brass about Relate, Zendesk AI and the other big improvements to the core product, Explore, and Messaging.
The message was loud and clear, AI will dominate the CX Marketplace this year. Our job as admins is to figure out how best to utilize these new features and push the product to its limits. All of us are doing this today in other areas of Zendesk, and I am always amazed when I read about them in the community. Keep those ideas flowing!
I want to thank Jonathan Aniano for his time and commitment to the Admin community. Looking forward to continuing the conversation here and checking in again with him next year.
My good friends from the Zendesk Community Team are performing some wizardry to make the recording available and will post a link as soon as its available.
We have our June and July events posted and available to sign-up now. In June, we will talk about Talk, where we will discuss what an integrated voice channel means for Zendesk. In July, we will discuss best practice around setting up, disabling, and maintaining users.
Lots of new users groups have new events posted, be sure to register for them too, some really good topics being covered.
