    Are you referring to bulk deleting these users in the Azure AD? If yes, then unfortunately, this would be out of our scope as we do not have access to the Azure AD platform. You will need to coordinate with Microsoft Support about this use case. Otherwise, if these users were created in Zendesk for some reason, you can utilize the following bulk delete options here.
     
    Identifying which users are created via the Azure AD provisioning would require a deeper search on our end so if you have any questions/concerns regarding this, I'd recommend reaching out to our Widget or following the instructions here on how to contact Zendesk Support. We'll be glad to assist you further!
