    Hi Hayley Johnson,

    You can use the Updates History dataset to capture all status changes. Here is how it can be set up:

    You will need a few filters:

    • Changes - Field name: "status"
    • Changes - Previous value: Exclude "new"
    • Changes - New Value: "new", "open"

    Not sure if there is a simpler way to do it, but this should provide the required data.
