Bit of an odd use case here. We create alias accounts for our clients to allow us access to various ecommerce sites.
As an example : firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get generic support emails that flow into our Zendesk linked to that email - however when we are setting up accounts we face an issue where the OTP will go directly to the alias email base ) email@example.com and not into Zendesk.
Anyone else had this sort of issue in the past? It's driving me crazy as we need to request the codes from a senior team member.
