Regenerated OAuth token doesn't return contacts from the sell API

I have re-generated the OAuth Token using a generic account. Previous developer had generated a token using his account. I need to disable his account but before that the OAuth token should be re-generated.

Newly generated token doesn't return contacts from the sell API. But it works fine with get products.
