" JIRA : Issue linked failed" error message when linking Jira issue to Zendesk ticket
Hello, we are trying to link an issue on an existing Zendesk ticket and are receiving the following error message :
" JIRA : Issue linked failed"
Please advise as to what we can do to resolve this and thank you!

Was it working for you previously or have you not been able to link any issues since set up of your integration?

Hi Erica,
The integration has always been working, but we were able to identify the issue type as the trigger for the error message. In other words, when we link Jira incidents to Zendesk all works but any other issue type i.e user story, epic ect the issue link fails. This configuration was done by my predecessor, are you able to guide me to where I could update these settings? Thanks so much for your prompt response!
