Hi all,

Im looking to add some custom contact forms into the help centre i.e request a return.

Has anyone had success in doing this and if yes how?

Yes, you can create a custom contact form into the help center.
Please use the following developers' documentation for that:
-> Building a custom ticket form with the Ticketing API
The alternative solution is to use 3rd parties apps from our marketplace.
