Hello, are there any 3rd party apps for Zendesk Chat that use Artificial Intelligence and RPA logic at the same time?

    I did a search in the Zendesk Marketplace and saw 3 third-party apps that may fit your needs.

    I checked what you sent, it supports support.

    But I want to use zendesk for chat.

    Hi Engin,

    Unfortunately, I do not see any app that supports RPA and AI for chat in the Marketplace. I am not saying it does not exist but at the very least it is not listed in the Zendesk Marketplace.

    Why don't you try Kommunicate? They provide  Zendesk Chat that uses Artificial Intelligence and RPA logic at the same time
