Hi All, 

We love the MaestroQA Shoutouts app but unfortunately, it will be decommissioned later this month. 

Now that Zendesk allows us to build custom triggers into the Stripe integration I'm going to attempt to build triggers to replace the Shoutouts app. 

Has anyone done this already or can let me know how (if possible) we can include random GIFs?
