BeantwortetAny news on when we can track agents logged in time for talk, for different periods of time please - this is essential if you are managing adherence to schedule?

Thank you for your comment, per Shawna's comment above, if your question is about historical agent reporting, that thread is the right place to get the latest info. It is a high-priority item for the Omnichannel team and I know we are close to getting that widely avail to everyone.
