Does anyone know if we can push CSAT surveys through chat widgets? Our widget is embedded in our product and we want the ability to send a product CSAT survey to our customers through a proactive message. Thanks

Hey Brittney,

Are you using Zendesk's new messaging widget?  If so, a similar question was asked and answered recently here.  That said, because proactive messages popup before a customer engages the widget and aren't tied to the conversation, there wouldn't be a way to offer a proactive popup, but the linked solution should allow you to offer a thumbs up or down at the conclusion of the conversation.
