Support for custom Ticket Statuses in Proactive Tickets

Hi there, 

We use the proactive tickets Zendesk app and were wondering if there were any planned updates to be able to support Custom Ticket Statuses. 

We'd like to be able to leverage these, but currently we would need to retain Proactive Tickets as a usable app.

If not, are there any viable alternatives that would support custom ticket statuses?
