Default subdomain for Multiple Brans

Hi,

 

We got a Zendesk system that have multiple Brans with different companies. One Company is using SSO and it requires to be the default subdomain. This creates confusion among our other Clients since everytime they sign-in or logout, the URL Link is defaulted to the Company with the SSO. Is there a way that we have a default subdomain for every brands to their correct subdomain?

So are you confirming that this feature is not yet available in Zendesk and currently the subdomain that is needed is the company with SSO?

Hi Alvin, thank you again for raising this. I spoke with our product team on this feedback. There is no current ability to assign login methods per brand. The product team is aware of the feedback and has taken it to the backlog; it's on our long-term roadmap but not for 2025. Thank you again for raising this feedback to our team!
