    That only works at the user level.  If John Smith doesn't contact me next time and it's Bob Jones, I won't see the version number on Bob. It would have to be at the company level.

    I've confirmed that Tammy's method does work for us.  You have to refresh the ticket to see the change, but the image does go away.
