Hey Santino, thank you for taking the time to provide us with this feedback! 
 
This is a great feature request and I have added it to the backlog for future consideration. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle. We are going to leave this post open for comment to allow others to provide their feedback and use cases, however please note as is stated in our Community Guidelines that we can not commit to prioritizing any one piece of feedback we receive in the community. 
 
There is still more work to do on our side to make management of the macros easier for admins. This feedback will help power our future decisions on improving the management of Macros.

Hello all, 

Sorry for the delayed announcement on this thread. I am happy to say we have added the capability to add conditions on users that have been CC'd and users that are following tickets. This should be a great way to see all of your relevant tickets in your views. For more information on the release please take a look at the announcement or read through our documentation on creating views. I will be closing this thread for comments but please submit any additional feedback in our community if you have any.

Hello all, 

Thank you for continuing to check in on these advanced settings. I understand this is not the ideal case to have some of the settings removed but we wanted to make sure you all have reliable SLA activations and fulfillments. Customers who were already using the new advanced SLA settings were notified by email. Zendesk is working toward a long-term fix before reintroducing these settings; however, the date when they will be available again is still being determined. 


In the meantime you can refer to this document for which settings are still enabled and working. And follow this announcement to keep up with the changes to the advanced settings. 

 

Thank you all for your patience as we work through this and get your functionality back.

Adding more ticket attributes, including multi-line text, to macros is something we hope to add and is in out backlog. This means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle. For now it is in our backlog, this means that we will think about adding it as a priority later in our planning cycle. hello, thank you for this feedback. We are looking into getting macro usage data into reports in Explore to get more customizability into this kind of usage data. At the moment we don't have an ETA on this but have started to identify reports that would be useful. I appreciate you taking the time to lay out your needs. If you have any more use cases around how you would want to filter the macro usage it would help to better build those reports.

Thank you for this great piece of feedback. We are always balancing additional information with the maximum use of vertical space in Views. We don't currently have any plans to add this in but will take this information into account as we continue to improve on the Views page.
