Community-Kommentar Discussion - Tips and best practices from the community

Hi all clever people. I'm looking for a way to include metadata on our community_topic_list_page.hbs and community_post_list_page.hbs pages, similar to Zendesk's own 'About our community' block, but I can't get it to work :/



I've tried figuring it out from the Help Center Templates developer documentation (https://developer.zendesk.com/apps/docs/help-center-templates/introduction), but haven't had any luck.

Any help on how to achieve this will be much appreciated :)

Community-Kommentar Feedback - Help Center (Guide)

Great stuff @Oscar

A good use case for us is that we plan to include a Questions and Answers topic in our Community, where we plan to include answers to commonly asked questions, and also encourage our customers to ask and help each other out.

We could include this section in our Help Centre, but we generally close all our knowledge base content for comments, as we want to drive discussions to our Community.

Therefore, it would be great if Answer Bot could surface Community content as well :)
