@... no one has reached out. From my understanding, this is "expected" behavior with secure attachments.

That app looks like a nice step forward. It is sad that we have to pay for an app that should be base functionality in Zendesk... I'd love to get confirmation if this feature will actually be built...

Glad to hear that this is being implemented in the near future. Having this would reduce the need for a few different addons!
