Please add additional fields in Zendesk Sell reporting. For example, it would be great to be able to breakdown Activities and Call Logs by Zip Codes so we can see which areas our sales teams are focusing on.

When merging leads/contacts, are both Lead Properties and Communication (recorded calls, emails etc.) copied over to the new lead/contact?

Each time a Lead is converted to a Contact, it would be great if you could trigger an automated email to be sent to that customer. This would save the team manually having to send these out within Sell.

Please can you add additional countries in Zendesk Sell. We split our UK/IE Market into Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Ireland. Currently we cannot differentiate between GB and NI as the only option is United Kingdom.

It would be great to be able to have reports on visits, calls and other activities that could then be filtered against Lead and Contact Properties e.g. Zip Code.
This would allow managers to be able to see where their sales teams are focusing on and provide more insights into lost or potential sales activities.

We have an internal sales team that books appointments for our field sales team. In Sell, you cannot create an appointment for another user.
The workaround to use Outlook or Gmail requires an email address which we do not have for many of our Leads.
