I am happy to announce that we recently added a new feature to our Macros Reporting by Pythia app that allows you to drill in the individual macro to see the detailed stats like usage trend, CSAT trend, and usage history with the possibility to export the latest data to CSV.

We see an issue with the Subject now showing up (blank). MacOS Ventura, last Chrome browser version. Could you try to reproduce this bug?

Sarah Seiwerts, from the screenshot I see that the attribute and metric are not recognized, Most likely you are trying to add this metric not in the SLA dataset, but in another one. Could you double-check it and create it in the report from the SLAs dataset?
