Agree. Often there is more than one person that can be contacted and now the agent need to know the name of the "others" that aren't displayed which kinda defeat the purpose

Thanks Barry Neary We use Agent Workspace with the "live chat". If I understand you correctly, "live chat" tickets will not be included in the future?
