I agree with Stephanie Schober here. The only benefit for me is that the main conversation remains visible all the time.
I don't seem to have the option to open as a new tab here (MS Edge on macOS). That would help.
Also, being able to set the user information as the default would help. Too many clicks to go back to that view.

Yes, please change this again. We were just switched to Agent Workspace and having this one additional click on every ticket is an annoying drawback compared to the old solution.

Hello Alex, I don't disagree with the approach being more flexible. But would having both option be too much to ask for?

Why is it that there was a simple checkbox for “filter by: only suspended users” and now after the “upgrade” we have to use “is_suspended:true”? To feel like real admins and to have tools only we can operate?
Why not offer a checkbox again or have a column for that to sort the list accordingly?

I can only support the feature requests listed above. Especially, having the option to schedule greetings (beginning and end) would be very helpful.

I agree, just let us see the date. There is no reason to see the weekdays for the last week. Sometimes, we have to check the calendar to find the date.

A preference for this would be helpful indeed. While I can see the benefits, often it gets in the way of my workflow.

Okay, I felt stupid for a moment this morning when I saw the schedules including the preview until I saw your comment. Thank you, that must have been the quickest feature request implementation I ever witnessed :-)

Hi there,
This is a very useful and much needed feature given that we have to keep a closer look at our available storage. So thank you for providing access to the beta.
Before first enabling this option, it would be helpful to see how many tickets will be deleted and how much space this will free up. This way, we can adjust the number of days before putting this into effect. Currently, it's just guessing, provided that I haven't missed that option.
