Community-Kommentar Developer - Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF)

I tried reinstalling ZCLI and updated (@zendesk/zcli/1.0.0-beta.32 darwin-arm64 node-v19.3.0) and I get the same error.

SSL: LibreSSL 2.8.3
ZCLI: @zendesk/zcli/1.0.0-beta.28 darwin-arm64 node-v19.3.0

However, I went through and reinstalled the Zendesk Apps Framework and now it no longer uses ZCLI, but uses the legacy ZAT commands, which works successfully.

Post Developer - Zendesk Apps Framework (ZAF)

I'm currently getting a SSL error when I try to validate or package a new app update:

> zcli apps:validate
›   Error: Error: write EPROTO 8085820701000000:error:0A000410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake
 ›   failure:../deps/openssl/openssl/ssl/record/rec_layer_s3.c:1600:SSL alert number 40

I've tried updating all ruby gems and homebrew as well. Is there something I am missing?

Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

The ZD Talk modal does not effectively resize when browser zoom is not at 100%.  Some customers may require zoom enlargement due to visual impairment and the modal becomes distorted as in the image below.  Additionally, from a workflow perspective, if you reduce your zoom englargment to below 100% it also creates a poor visual experience as well.  While the modal remains functional, consistency of presentation would improve the experience.

Post Feedback - Ticketing system (Support)

This is a feature request that I think customers with multiple products can benefit from.  I would like to be able to access the API to get a list of all users of a given role/custom_role_id and what product license they a have enabled on their user.  We currently use all Support, Chat, and Talk for our license channels, but to manage the license usage, I currently have to manually search each licensed user in each channel to determine which licenses they have enabled.

This would be a great help for license auditing so that we better control who is licensed to use which product lines and make it easier to be able to join against a company employee list for auditing licenses that are no longer being used or necessary to be assigned to a given employee/terminated employee.

Post Q&A - Chat, messaging, and widgets

We have recently launched a new product and one of the troubleshooting steps we have is for our customers to obtain a .har (HTTP Archive) file.  In order to upload the file to chat, they have to change the filename and append a .txt to the end and then upload it, and then our technician has to download and rename it back.  This can add an additional ten minutes or more to a given chat interaction.  Allowing the .har file upload would be beneficial in improving the customer experience by not requiring extra steps for the file to be provided.
