@Joyce I understand how to set it up. There is a limit apparently in the pull down menu as I can't choose any of my numbers, but only what shows in the pull-down. I don't want customers calling back to the number if it reaches a store, only a toll free that goes to Customer Service. They aren't all available.

Unable to select from any of my 350 phone numbers as the "from" number. only 99 numbers available. I want a toll free number not one of my stores to get back a response from the customer.

I have enabled categories on triggers (because ZD is forcing us to). Now that I have to I would actually like to use this feature to organize my 573 triggers into categories! How to I bulk move them from the "Initial Category" into another, newly created category? It seems like I can only move one at a time by opening each, changing the category, and saving it (573 times).

I'd like to be able to search the transcriptions for voicemails. Then I can find key words and set triggers for those.

I have an IVR so I understand that the callback greeting won't play (but why not?). If the callback greeting did play, we could give the options above. But because it doesn't play it pretty much sticks you with only calling back the number they called from without a very lengthy greeting to explain all the options.
Life would be easier if callers could select callback from the IVR and then have a greeting that explains the options.
