We use Grammarly, it's brilliant! 

We're aware that there's a feature on the chat that allows customers to type in their native language and this will translate to English, allowing our team to converse with the customer with auto-translation for each end. However, we would like this feature to be introduced also to the ticketing system too! Is this something that could be added?
