Hello, we have the same feedback from the team. It is essential for them to have visual indicateion (without clicking into a filter view or into a ticket) to see straight away which tickets have received an update or are new (the little open icon is irrelevant and does not do the job!)

Very good suggestion, customer get very confused and upset of the expected strcuture of a mail , especially with expected attachments changes suddenly!

Any news on this?
- we have started to use ZD and in prod we have the "old "version, however in the sandbox we see this new version and we have not only the rpoblem of having to scroll down, you also do not have the "Events" accesible and you need an extra click to switch between internal and external comments... which is to forget.

Well nothing has happened apparently in 5 years, is there a way now to see a list of all organizations in Zendesk Support?
