We need ability to know if user's phone is capably of receiving text messages. We do know internally the user's phone type, but there is no place in zendesk to store this information in a structured way to be used by triggers or code. 

Would be great if phone type can be specified when adding a phone number. And in case user has multiple phone numbers, which phone number to use for text messaging.

+1. We want to link zendesk users with their stripe accounts via the stripe customer id. We don't want this field to be editable by agents because they can accidentally change it.
