Is this possible? Is there a current user variable that be used to as a filter? The alternative is re-creating dashboards for every user and then filtering them individually to that user, which is cumbersome and not scaleable. Please advise.

When will business hours be available or how can one calculate this using business hours? Otherwise, this metric is more or less useless from a customer perspective.

Doesn't this presume that the organization the customer is from has opened at least 1 ticket ? What if I want to list a report that shows me any organizations that have never logged a ticket?

Related question here, what if you want to report on the aggregate of your top level categories and the first category is not a constant? For example, we have a Product Area field that has nesting implemented that looks like:
Product 1:: Sub Product :: Sub Sub Product (so on and so forth)
Product 1 :: Sub Product 2 :: Sub Sub Product 2
Product 2:: Sub Product :: Sub Sub Product
I want to be able to pull aggregated ticket volume for all the top level categories. The formula in this article presumes the top level category is the same for all entries - but in our case it is not. Any advise or solution is appreciated.

Can someone provide a timeline on this? Having access to comments allows for more meaningful reporting - especially if you can pull a report on specific comments - such as all that use a particular macro. Please advise.

This would be a good feature to have as the alternative is to move the query you want to schedule to a dashboard, which is bulky and messy.

Has this issue been resolved? It is extremely painful to build these reports and then not be able to export with the same format. Please advise when this is to be addressed or what the workaround is in Explore and/or Excel?
