Doesn't this presume that the organization the customer is from has opened at least 1 ticket ?  What if I want to list a report that shows me any organizations that have never logged a ticket?

This would be a good feature to have as the alternative is to move the query you want to schedule to a dashboard, which is bulky and messy.

3. Excel exported is not in the same format in Explore

Has this issue been resolved?  It is extremely painful to build these reports and then not be able to export with the same format.  Please advise when this is to be addressed or what the workaround...
